RIP NOVALISTIC 3.0

This may be a surprise to some. This may be a disappointment to some others.

But this is a major setback in the course of development of NOVALISTIC. All of a sudden, at the very last minute of it all, I have halted development of NOVALISTIC 3.0 due to unforeseen circumstances. There is a chance I could resume work on 3.0. There is also a chance I could scrap this and start work on a whole new 4.0. I don't know.
